The Committee on Energy and Manufacturing moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 2, beginning on line 20, after with word “defined” by inserting the words “in this section” and striking the remainder of the sentence;

And,

On page 6, section 4, on line 74, by striking the word “licensed” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “permitted”.
